Candle Essence and Bath is a Canadian company and we produce fine quality, handcrafted candles and bath balms, to help soothe and relax you from your daily stresses. Our candles are Environmentally Friendly and are made with North American, All Natural and Renewable Pure Soy Wax. Our Aromatherapy candle line is made with Pure Essential Oils for their therapeutic benefits, as well as their wonderful scents. Our Fragrance line is made with fine quality, imported fragrances. All candles are also available in unscented, natural white Soy wax.

Our candles are hand crafted in Canada. We use the purest Soy Wax available made from North American Soy Beans, which is Environmentally Friendly and also a renewable resource (not so with paraffin wax candles). Be aware that candles only have to be 20% Soy Wax in order to be promoted as "Soy Wax Candles". The other 80% is usually Paraffin Wax, which releases soot and toxins into the air defeating the purpose of the Soy Wax. So if it doesn't say "Pure Soy Wax" on the label, be sure to ask.
Why Soy Wax Candles? Pure Soy Wax candles are environmentally friendly and burn cleaner and approximately 30% - 50% longer than paraffin wax candles. Soy beans are a renewable resource grown in North America. (Our soy wax is so pure, you can also use it to moisturize your skin.) Soy wax candles burn 'clean', without toxic carcinogens and soot. Our wicks are made with paper and cotton. Soy bean wax is biodegradable, burns much cooler (104 degrees) than paraffin wax (175 degrees) and, if spilled, is much safer and easily cleans up with soap and water. All of our candles are in containers and most have recessed wicks, for safety reasons.
Our scents are sumptuous and release quickly, due to the low melt point (104 degrees) of our wax. Of course, our scents last to the very bottom of the candle...and our containers are reusable. Protect our environment by burning Pure Soy Wax candles.

Mosquito Repelling Diamond Cut Out Terrra CottaThis unique diamond cut out design enables the flame to peek through the holes and gives off a beautiful glow...as well as protecting you from mosquitoes (and most wasps) of course. The pot is made from terra

Clamshell Candle.
Bring summer inside with our fabulous white ceramic, Clamshell Candle. It measures 6” x 5” x 4.75” high and has a glazed, light blue interior and double wicks. It is filled with 16 ozs. natural white, soy wax, scented with “Cool Breeze” Fragrance to remind you of the beach. It is also available in all Aromatherapy scents, as well as our fine Fragrances, and of course Natural White Unscented. It will burn for approx. 80 hours and makes a beautiful display piec, when the candle is spent. Great for hot tubbing!
Conch Candle.
A variation on the Clam Shell design is our “Conch” shell candle, also made of white ceramic with
a pale blue, glazed interior. It measures 6” x 6” x 3.75” and holds
16 ozs. of natural white, soy wax scented with “Cool Breeze” Fragrance. It is also available in all Aromatherapy scents, as well as our fine Fragrances, and of course Natural White Unscented. It also will burn for approx. 80 hours and the 'conch shell' makes a beautiful display piece, inside or out.
Moisturizing Bath Bombs.
Our luxurious Bath Bombs contain Shea Butter and Jojoba Oil to moisturize your skin; Dead Sea Salt to draw the toxins from your body and Epsom Salts to relax tired, aching muscles. Some are Aromatherapy bath bombs, scented with Pure Essential Oils...some are scented with wonderful perfume oils. You will emerge from your bath relaxed, moisturized and lightly scented. (For those with sensitive skin, we also have Unscented, Moisturizing Bath Bombs.)
